▫ Fouquet’s- Dine at one of Champs-Élysées’ most notable restaurants. ◊Day Two
Morning
▫ Café Procope- An Espresso at the oldest restaurant in Paris.
▫ Notre Dame Cathedral- Used as a Roman Catholic cathedral as well as seat to the Archbishop of Paris. It is one of the first Gothic cathedrals.
▫ Louvre- One of the most famous art museums in the world, Le Louvre used to be a royal palace but is currently home to the world’s most famous works of art.
Lunch
▫ Le Templier de Montmartre- A beautiful, tradition French restaurant close to the subway. This restaurant has a café setup with tables to dine outside and a bar inside.
Afternoon
▫ Les Invalides- A complex of buildings featuring: museums and monuments. It is also a burial site for French war heroes, a hospital, and a veteran’s retirement home. ▫ Champs-Élysées- Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the most illustrious avenue in Paris. This avenue has a number of shops, restaurants, cafes, and theaters.
Evening
▫ The Eiffel Tower- A romantic evening at the tallest building in Paris. Dinner at the restaurant Altitude 95, on the first floor.
◊Day Three
Morning
▫ Café Procope- An Espresso at the oldest restaurant in Paris.
▫ Travel to Normandy.
▫ Aitre St-Maclou- A historical site where bodies used to be stored. Currently, the building is an art gallery and Rouen's Fine Art Academy.
Lunch
▫ Bellefontaine Park- A Holiday Park opened all year featuring home cooked meals.
Afternoon
▫ Omaha Beach- Historical site of many of the battles and fighting in Normandy. Spend a day enjoying the historical background of the beach as well as the scenery.
Evening
▫ La Forge- an authentic restaurant, every night is full of fun and different themes.
▫ Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial- See the memorials and graves of all the fallen as well as overlook the Omaha Beach.
►I chose all of these locations because they all have historical background and they are all exciting places to experience. These are also all places that I would love to see one day!
